RULES (Updated on 3/14/24)
We are changing things up! Every Tuesday, we will still first display the results of our random drawing selection; but that drawing winner will only have 3 minutes to claim their prize by either emailing us, texting us or calling us. But if that email, call or text does not reach us within 3 minutes, then we will keep drawing up to 10 names until we get a winner that reaches us in time.
NEW PROVISION: So that you do not have to keep checking back every 3 minutes, you can instead come on this website anytime between 8:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. ON THE DAY OF THE DRAWING and CHECK IN via EMAIL by CLICKING HERE on that day. This tells us that we are staying Top of Mind in your mind, which is the whole purpose of us creating this website. And if you do CHECK IN via EMAIL on that day, then we will reach out to you if your name is drawn!
This will reward those who check-in every Tuesday However; if after 10 drawing attempts, no one has claimed their prize, then the $50 Gift Card will roll over onto the following week's prize, so we would then be drawing for a $100 Gift Card.
We will continue this until the final week of the month, which means we could potentially have a Gift Card prize of up to $250*
On the final Tuesday of a given month, if there is more than $50 up for grabs, then we will keep drawing until we have a winner who claims it. But, if on the final Tuesday the amount up for grabs is only $50, then we will draw up to ten names, and if no one claims it after ten, then that will roll over until the following month.

The winner of this weeks drawing, will win a $50 Gift Card! And there will be a winner every week. To make sure we have your name in our drawing, you can either register here online. REGISTRATION Or, you can EMAIL us directly, but please give us your Full Name, Title and Name of Your Property. If you have already registered in the past, then you are still registered. NOTE: You only have to REGISTER one time to be included in the drawing every week. But, if you want to be notified if your name is drawn, then you must CHECK IN via EMAIL between 8:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. the morning of the drawing to let us know that we are staying Top of Mind in your mind.
